Visualfade License Agreement

Effective Date: July 18, 2025

By downloading or using any of our digital products (transitions, templates, effects), you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Visualfade products in your own projects—for both personal and commercial use.

  • Permitted: Integrating transitions into videos, presentations, social content, and client projects.

  • Not permitted: Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or incorporating products into other downloadable products (e.g., transition packs).

2. Transferability

The license is tied to you and is not transferable. If you purchase on behalf of a team, each team member must have their own license or use our team/commercial license.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative assets remain the exclusive property of Visualfade. You may not reverse-engineer, alter, or claim them as your own.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required, but we appreciate a shout-out when feasible.

5. Updates & Support

You receive free updates for minor improvements. For questions or support, contact support@visualfade.com.

6. Termination

The license is valid as long as you comply. Visualfade may suspend or revoke access if terms are violated. You must then delete all licensed materials.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Products are provided “as-is.” Visualfade disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damage arising from use of the products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction or where Visualfade operates (Maldives). Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
